Moringa Oleifera is native to hot countries (India, Africa, Caribbean and South America in the lead). Renowned for their many virtues, its leaves have been part of the diet of local populations for millennia. "In France, these same leaves, but dried and reduced to powder, are used as a food supplement, explains Boris Jean, naturopath. The first advantage of moringa is its high concentration of chlorophyll. The ideal? A cure at each change of season

To take advantage of the benefits of moringa, it is consumed in the form of cures, for example for at least 20 days at the change of seasons. There are no particular contraindications, except pregnancy and breast-feeding, where professional advice is still recommended.

We start with 1/2 c. c. per day to get used to the taste (or 1 tablet or capsule) and give the body time to get used to it. "After eight days, the dose can be doubled each week to end up with 6 tablets (or capsules) per day (or 2 tsp)", advises Boris Jean.
